Peas, artichoke, carrots, onions, dill.

Cook like fresh vegetables, without thawing.

You will only need (for 4 people): 1 pack of "Let's Cook Greek" Peas with Artichoke hearts Barba Stathis 1200 gr. 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 cups water (for the pot) or 1 cup water (for the pot), the juice of one lemon, salt, pepper

In a pot: Heat half the olive oil over low heat and sauté the contents of the package for 5-7 minutes. Turn up the heat, add salt, pepper, lemon juice, remaining olive oil, 2 cups water and mix gently.
As soon as it comes to boil, cover the pot, reduce the heat to half and simmer for about 35 minutes.

In a pressure cooker: Follow the recipe as described above, but using half the amount of water (1 cup). Put the lid on the pressure cooker and once the valve rises, turn the heat down by half and let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
