Artichokes, potatoes, carrots, onions, dill.
Cook like fresh vegetables, without thawing.
You will only need (for 4 people): 1 package "Let's Cook Greek" Artichokes ala polita Barba Stathis 1,200 gr. 3/4 cup olive oil 2 cups water (for the pot) or 1 cup water (for the pot) the juice of one lemon, salt, pepper
In a saucepan: heat half the olive oil over low heat and sauté the contents of the package for 5-7 minutes. Turn up the heat, add salt, pepper, lemon juice, remaining olive oil, 2 cups water and mix gently.
As soon as it comes to a boil, put the lid on the pot, turn the heat down by half and let it simmer for approximately 35 minutes.
In a pressure cooker: Execute the recipe as described above, but use half the quantity of water (1 cup). Put the lid on the pressure cooker and once the valve rises, turn the heat down by half and let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
