Plant based yiros (E.U.) [water, pea protein 22%, pea fibre, rapeseed oil, palm oil, sunflower oil, extra virgin oil 2,5%, salt, natural flavour, dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic, tomato, red bell pepper), herb mix (oregano, black pepper, thyme, nutmeg, chilli, paprika extract), concentrated lemon and beetroot juice, sugar] 50%, potato (Greek) (potato, palm oil) 50%

In the air fryer (1800W): Place the contents of the whole package (500g) in the fryer (or in two batches depending on capacity) and add 1/3 cup of olive oil, if desired. Bake at 200 ̊ C for 15', occasionally stirring until golden brown and crispy.

In the oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan. Place the package contents on a baking tray lined with parchment paper without defrosting. Drizzle 1/3 cup of olive oil, if desired and bake in the middle rack of the oven for 25'.
