The lolla lettuce variety has frilled leaves which can add an impressive finish to any dish. It originates from Italy and can be either red (rosso) or green (verde). Thanks to the high number of trace elements it contains — including magnesium, β-carotene, phosphorus, zinc and manganese — lolla lettuce helps the body function at its best.
