BARBA STATHIS Celebrates World Food Day with Employee Awareness Workshop

In recognition of World Food Day, BARBA STATHIS organized an educational workshop for all its employees. Led by nutritionist Niki Athanasiadou from ‘Food Method,’ the workshop focused on the importance of a balanced diet and the nutritional benefits of vegetables.

Participants explored optimal food combinations that support overall health and well-being. Following the presentation, a lively discussion offered insights into how vegetable nutrients can enrich everyday meals.

Through a series of awareness-raising events, BARBA STATHIS invests in employee development by organizing initiatives that promote well-being and encourage a balanced lifestyle.
