In the microwave (800W): Place the product, with its packaging, in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes. Adjust the intensity and time according to your appliance. Allow it to cool before removing it.

In a non-stick pan: Sauté the contents for 5 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently and adding a tablespoon of olive oil if desired.

Cook from frozen.
