Whole grain fusilli (whole grain durum wheat semolina, water) 55%, plant based mince 30% (water, pea protein 25%, chickpea flour, extra virgin olive oil 3%, natural flavour, onion, garlic, malt extract, yeast extract, salt, pepper), onion 4%, tomato 3%, carrot 3%, red pepper 3%, garlic, basil, parsley
Stir the contents in a non-stick pan for 3-4 minutes on high heat, adding (optionally) 1 tablespoon of olive oil . Add 80-100 ml of tomato sauce and 100 ml of water and simmer for 8-10 minutes, while reducing the heat to half, stirring gently and frequently. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat, and let the pan stand covered, for 1-2 minutes.
Adjust the cooking time according to your appliance.
