1000g packet of Barba Stathis Peas
500g packet of Barba Stathis Gated Tomato
1/2 cup of Barba Stathis diced onion
2-3 tbsp of Barba Stathis Chopped Dill
2 potatoes
1 cup of olive oil
1/2 tsp of sugar
a pinch of salt
freshly-ground pepper

Peas casserole with dill and chilli flakes
Directions
  1. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into thick chunks.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the potatoes and onion.
  3. Add the peas and allow to simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the dill and finely-chopped tomato.
  5. Add the sugar, 1 cup of hot water and allow to simmer for 30-40 minutes.
