During the seminar, participants had the opportunity to learn about the importance of musculoskeletal health, the signs indicating potential issues, and ways to prevent them.

Through an interactive presentation, followed by vivid discussions, employees were taught how proper posture and simple practical exercises can improve their daily lives, reducing the likelihood of musculoskeletal injuries. This initiative is part of the company's commitment to the well-being of its employees, promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
