BARBA STATHIS Hosts Mental Health Awareness Event
In recognition of World Mental Health Day, BARBA STATHIS organized an on-site awareness event in collaboration with mental health professionals from HELLAS EAP. The initiative aimed to promote understanding around mental health, highlight its importance in everyday life, and encourage self-care practices among employees.
During the event, participants learned what mental health truly means—how it influences our thoughts, behaviors, and relationships—and explored practical ways to care for their emotional well-being. Special focus was placed on stress prevention and managing daily pressures through relaxation techniques such as mindful breathing and physical release exercises.
The open discussion created a safe space for employees to share personal experiences and gain actionable tools to reduce anxiety and maintain balance in their daily lives.
The event was led by expert psychologists from HELLAS EAP, a trusted partner of BARBA STATHIS since the onset of the pandemic. This collaboration began in 2020 to provide psychological support to employees and their families during the health crisis and continues today, offering services like a 24/7 helpline.
