The beloved BARBA STATHIS "Let's Cook” series welcomes 4 new recipes that bring the authentic flavors of Greek cuisine to our everyday meals!

Potato Casserole: This classic family recipe is elevated to perfection! Whether enjoyed with feta cheese for the ultimate comfort food or as a versatile base for creative and delicious dishes, this potato casserole is a delightful addition.

Giant Beans from Kastoria: An ideal and nutritious choice for cold winter days and beyond! With no soaking required, these beans are perfect for both soups and oven dishes, and provide an authentic Greek flavor that truly satisfies.

Mixed Vegetable Casserole Cretan Recipe: Inspired by Cretan cuisine, also known as “sofegada,” “sympetherio,” or “briam,” this variation of “briam” includes okra and green beans. It adds a unique twist to the classic recipe, catering to even the most discerning palates.

Chickpeas with Eggplant: A delightful pairing of our favorite chickpeas with eggplant! This original combination features protein-rich legumes with eggplant, carrot, tomato, onion, and parsley, bringing out a balanced blend of taste, nutrition, and deliciousness.
