BARBA STATHIS organizes "BUSINESS DAY" in cooperation with SEV
BARBA STATHIS, a leading company in Greece’s agri-food sector, welcomed representatives from start-ups and research centers to its premises as part of the "Business Day" event organized by the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) to foster direct connections between member companies and the innovation ecosystem.
‘Business Day’ took place on the premises of BARBA STATHIS in the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki (VI.PE.), in Sindos, on Friday, April 5, 2024, drawing participants from across the nation. Representatives from 15 startups and research centers attended, specializing in innovative high-tech solutions aimed at enhancing productivity, improving product quality, strengthening the circular economy, and holistically enhancing the decision-making process.
The participating companies included: Tekmon, Satori Analytics, Seems, Greener than Green, Act4energy, Pobuca, Smart CV, EXMACHINA, Comidor, BIO2CHP, Dataphoria, Emphasis DigiWorld, People, e-Kinesis, Dataviva.
The event included a guided tour of the BARBA STATHIS frozen food production unit offering insights into the company's operations and environmentally friendly investments. At the same time, the interaction with the company's management allowed for a fruitful dialogue and exchange of views, laying the groundwork for mutually beneficial partnerships.
