BARBA STATHIS at FoodTech 2025
BARBA STATHIS participated in FoodTech 2025, the international exhibition for food technology, reaffirming its leading role in driving innovation and sustainable growth in the sector.
Representing the company, Ms. Efthymia Koutsomitropoulou, R&D Manager at BARBA STATHIS, delivered a presentation titled “Roots that Inspire, Innovation that Nourishes.” She highlighted how tradition blends with scientific research and new technologies to create solutions that meet the needs of today’s consumer.
Following her presentation, she joined a panel discussion on “New Technologies and AI for the Foods of the Future,” opening dialogue on the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. “The strategic investment of BARBA STATHIS in cutting‑edge technologies strengthens its active contribution to shaping a sustainable future for the agri‑food sector in Greece,” emphasized Ms. Koutsomitropoulou.
As part of the exhibition, the company also participated in the International Conference on Science and Technology, where representatives from the National Technical University of Athens and the Agricultural University of Athens presented the research program “The ReActPack Project.” In this initiative, BARBA STATHIS is a strategic partner, contributing to its implementation.
