BARBA STATHIS Counseling Support Helpline Receives Distinction at the HR Awards 2022

At the HR Awards 2022, BARBA STATHIS was awarded the Bronze Award in the Mental Health Initiative category for the counseling support helpline that was launched to help its employees and their families. The company stood out for the level of care it has shown for the mental health of its employees, offering relief from the effects of the recent health crisis.

Recognizing the unprecedented conditions prevailing in the post-COVID era, BARBA STATHIS took initiative, putting the psychological well-being of its people front and center. The 24-hour counseling support helpline offers employees of the company, as well as their family dependents, free access to personalized support services regarding any issue, be it of a personal, family, or even work-related nature.
